Other Guest Requirements

All drivers of off-road vehicles are required to have a valid driver's license. All passengers must be able to grasp a handhold with their hands, plant feet firmly on the ground, and have their back fully against the backrest. Helmets and eye protection are always required to be worn when the vehicle is being operated.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations Without TripSafe 24 Hour Cancellation Protection:

Cancellations made 5 days or more in advance are 75% refundable. Cancellations 5 days or less in advance are non-refundable.

Reservations With TripSafe 24 Hour Cancellation Protection:

Cancellations made 24hrs or more in advance are fully refundable except for the TripSafe fee of $39.99 + taxes. Cancellations made within 24hrs are non-refundable.

Dress in layers: long-sleeve shirt, light jacket, closed-toe shoes & neck gaiter.
