Rider Requirements

▪️ Minimum age to drive: 18
▪️ Minimum age to carry a minor: 25

Other Guest Requirements

All drivers of off-road vehicles are required to have a valid driver's license. All passengers must be able to grasp a handhold with their hands, plant feet firmly on the ground, and have their back fully against the backrest. Helmets and eye protection are always required to be worn when the vehicle is being operated.

Primary Renter must be 21+ with a valid driver's license Drivers must be 18+ with valid driver’s license To carry minors, driver must be 25+ All passengers must be able to sit upright with feet on the floor, back against seat, and hold onto handholds Helmets & eye protection required at all times

Cancellation Policy

Adventure Rentals has a No Cancellation / No Refund policy prior to arrival.

However, off roading is a dangerous sport. At any point during or after the safety training takes place, customers who don't feel safe or comfortable with the rental are eligible for a full refund. Customer MUST be present for the safety training to receive a refund.
