Adventure Rentals has a No Cancellation / No Refund policy prior to arrival.
However, off roading is a dangerous sport. At any point during or after the safety training takes place, customers who don't feel safe or comfortable with the rental are eligible for a full refund. Customer MUST be present for the safety training to receive a refund.
