Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change and we strive to accommodate our customers whenever possible. However, to ensure the availability of our equipment and to maintain the highest quality of service for all customers, we have instituted the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Window: Customers must cancel their reservation at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled rental time. Cancellations made within the 24-hour window will result in a forfeiture of the full rental fee and there will be no refund granted.

Method of Cancellation: Cancellations must be made by directly calling our office during regular business hours (9am-5pm). We do not accept cancellations via email, text, or social media platforms.

No-Show: If you do not show up for your rental and do not cancel according to our policy, no refund will be provided. You will be charged the remaining balance due.
