There is a $3000 hold on a major credit card, debit card, or cash PER VEHICLE while out on on the trail. Or you can choose the optional Premium insurance for $50 extra, which will cut your hold in half to $1500 PER VEHICLE.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change and we strive to accommodate our customers whenever possible. However, to ensure the availability of our equipment and to maintain the highest quality of service for all customers, we have instituted the following cancellation policy:
Reservations made in advance will be refunded 75% if canceled within 72 hours, 50% refund if canceled within 48 hours. During holidays and during spring break there will be NO refunds if cancelled within 24 hours. Reservations can be rescheduled to a later date without penalty. If an emergency should occur and you need to cancel we will be happy to offer you a credit to ride another time or you can transfer the reservation to friends or family. Unfortunately a full refund for any cancellations under 72 hours will not be offered for any reason.
