Ready to explore San Diego’s haunted side? This guided night ride takes you to three storied stops—with clear routes, safe pacing, and time to soak it all in. You focus on the experience. We handle the details. First up: the Whaley House in Old Town, long whispered about as one of America’s most haunted homes. Built in the 1850s, it sits on a site layered with hard history and stranger tales. People report footsteps on empty stairs, cold spots in warm rooms, and voices that don’t belong. Believe it or not, you’ll feel the weight of the past the moment you arrive. Then we roll to the Davis-Horton House in the Gaslamp Quarter—the oldest standing house downtown. It’s a compact gem, packed with memories of San Diego’s rough-and-ready early days. Volunteers and visitors have shared stories of flickering lights, moving shadows, and that uneasy sense you get when a room feels suddenly not yours. We give you the story, the context, and the space to decide what you think. We finish in Balboa Park, where Spanish Revival arches stretch into the night. The park’s colonnades, courtyards, and quiet gardens carry their own legends—soft whispers, quick chills, and shapes that vanish when you look twice. It’s beautiful. And a little eerie. Throughout the ride, we keep things simple and smooth: clear direction, thoughtful stops, and plenty of local insight. Other Guest Requirements

All drivers of the Slingshot are required to have valid driver's license. A motorcycle endorsement may be required by specific states in which the vehicle is being operated. Helmets and eye protection are always required to be worn when the vehicle is being operated.

Cancellation Policy

REFUND AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

All sales are final. No refunds, reissue to gift cards, or rescheduling is permitted unless TRIP PROTECTION is purchased AT THE TIME OF SALE.

TRIP PROTECTION POLICY

Trip Protection must be purchased at the time of purchase. Trip Protection allows for cancellations, partial cancellations, or rescheduling (subject to availability) of tickets 2 hours prior to departure time, for any reason. BBG must be notified via email or phone at least 4 hours prior to departure time of any change requests. Ticket-holders may opt to receive a gift card, a refund, or reschedule. Refunds will reimburse for the full amount of each tour, less the Trip Protection and processing fees. Rescheduling to a less expensive cruise will generate a partial refund. Rescheduling to a more expensive cruise will require an upgrade fee. Trip Protection is voided and no refunds will be issued if

Guest(s) arrive and check into the tour, or 2. guest(s) are no-shows without notifying us 4 hours prior to departure time.

TOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Activity may be canceled due to severe weather. In this scenario, you will be notified. Activity usually runs in moderate weather, but the seller may cancel the activity in the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions. If there is just a light rain, we are still able to run, subject to the operators discretion. If there is thunder or lightning, we will not run. If the operator makes the decision to cancel the tour due to weather before the tour begins, we will notify all guests with reservations. In the rare situation the seller must cancel the tour prior to departure, ticket-holders will be allowed to reschedule tickets (subject to availability), receive a gift card, or receive a full refund. “Full refund” will include Trip Protection if it was purchased. In the event of inclement weather after departing, a full refund will not be available after the tour begins. Only rainchecks or standby tickets will be given. Standby tickets never expire.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards issued by BBG are governed by California Law. Gift card sales cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law, and are final and non-refundable. Gift cards may only be used for making purchases of tickets for tour offered by BBG. Gift cards do not expire, there is no inactivity fee, and additional funds cannot be added. An initial transaction fee of 6% will be applied at the time of purchase. No fees are charged when the gift card is redeemed.

Dress appropriately for the weather and your adventure, comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes are recommended.
