Rider Requirements

▪️ Minimum age to drive: 21
▪️ Minimum age to carry a minor: 25

Other Guest Requirements

All drivers of the Slingshot are required to have valid driver's license. A motorcycle endorsement may be required by specific states in which the vehicle is being operated. Helmets and eye protection are always required to be worn when the vehicle is being operated.

- No dogs - Must arrive 30 minutes before your rental time to ensure waivers are complete, for a vehicle safety review, and for any additional questions you may have.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change and we strive to accommodate our customers whenever possible. However, to ensure the availability of our equipment and to maintain the highest quality of service for all customers, we have instituted the following cancellation policy:

Due to the specialty nature of our events and our limited availability, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.

Tickets can be rescheduled NO LESS than 7 days before the event! A change fee of $10 will be applied per reservation.

If you need to reschedule the week of the event you will be charged a $50 rescheduling fee.

Changes made less than 48 hours prior to your tour are not allowed.

Ensure you arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior to your tour time.

We reserve the right to decline any person as a tour participant if the person’s behavior, health, or mental condition impedes the operation of the tour.

What to bring

Guests are recommended to wear closed-toe shoes and sunglasses to ensure your safety during the ride.

Depending on the weather we recommend pants and long sleeves for the most comfort, but be sure to dress comfortably and bring extra layers like a lightweight jacket or sweatshirt in case of weather changes.

Feel free to bring along a backpack with water, snacks, and sunscreen. In addition, a downloaded playlist is strongly recommended due to various areas having limited service.
