CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our customers whenever possible. However, to ensure the availability of our equipment and to maintain the highest quality of service for all customers, we have instituted the following cancellation and refund policy.

Reservation Deposit

All reservations require a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total rental amount, charged at the time of booking. This deposit secures your vehicle and rental time slot. The 10% deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations made outside the 72-hour window.

Balance Payment

The remaining 90% of the rental total is due at the time of vehicle pickup. We accept the following methods for the balance:

Cash — No additional verification required.

Zelle — Payment must be sent and confirmed as received before vehicle release.

Credit Card — Physical card must be present (chip or tap only). Customer must also provide a valid government-issued photo ID matching the name on the credit card, plus a second form of verification: either another credit card in the same name or an additional government-issued ID. All names must match across the credit card, ID(s), and rental agreement.

Cancellation Terms

1. Cancellation Window: Customers must cancel their reservation at least 72 hours prior to their scheduled rental time.

2. Cancellations Made 72+ Hours in Advance: No additional charges will apply beyond the non-refundable 10% deposit. If any balance payments were made in advance, those amounts will be refunded.

3. Cancellations Made Within 72 Hours: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled rental time will result in forfeiture of the full rental fee. No refunds will be issued for the deposit or any balance payments already collected.

4. Method of Cancellation: Cancellations must be made by directly calling our office during regular business hours. We do not accept cancellations via email, text message, or social media.

5. No-Show: If you do not show up for your scheduled rental and do not cancel according to this policy, no refund of any kind will be provided.

6. Exceptions: Exceptions due to emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of management.

By completing your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy, including the non-refundable nature of the 10% reservation deposit and the balance payment verification requirements.
