Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our customers whenever possible. However, to ensure the availability of our equipment and to maintain the highest quality of service for all customers, we have instituted the following cancellation policy:
- Refunds:

If a cancellation is made more than 2 weeks in advance of the rental time, the customer will receive a 75% refund of any amounts paid.

If a cancellation is made less than 2 weeks, but more than 72 hours in advance of the rental time, the customer will receive a 50% refund of any amounts paid.
*Cancellations made within the 72-hour window will result in a forfeiture of the full rental fee.
Method of Cancellation: Cancellations must be made by directly calling our office during regular business hours. We do not accept cancellations via email, text, or social media platforms.
- No-Show: If you do not show up for your rental and do not cancel according to our policy, no refund will be provided.
Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy due to emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management.
