We understand that life happens, and plans can sometimes change. While we don’t offer refunds for last-minute changes, our goal is always to be fair, flexible, and upfront with our riders. To ensure availability and maintain the high level of service our customers expect, we’ve outlined our cancellation policy below:

48+ hours notice: Eligible for a full refund, trip credit, or free rebooking — your choice.

24–48 hours notice: Eligible for a trip credit or refund minus a 15% cancellation fee.

Less than 24 hours: Not eligible for any refunds —** rescheduling or a trip credit** will be provided.

No-shows: Charged in full. No refund or credit will be issued.
