Cancellation Policy
By reserving, you agree to the following:
Unlimited miles included; vehicles must stay within 250 miles of San Antonio.
No off-road or beach use allowed.
Passengers must be tall enough to sit safely with feet flat on the floor.
Arrival Policy:
Reservations arriving more than 15 minutes late for pickup or their scheduled appointment will be automatically canceled. We will retain **15% of the deposit or total amount paid, **and the remaining balance will be refunded.
Cancellation Policy:
48+ hrs: Full refund, trip credit, or rebooking.
24–48 hrs (without TripSafe): Refund minus 15% fee or full trip credit.
**Less than 24 hrs (without TripSafe): **Trip credit only.
No-shows: No refund.
All reservations will be cancelled 15 minutes past scheduled rental time
TripSafe: Cancel anytime for a full refund or credit. Must be added before rental.
Weather Guarantee (via Sensible Weather):
If it rains 1+ hour during your ride, you’ll be automatically reimbursed. Contact Sensible Weather directly for more information.
Late Returns:
$25 fee will be assessed every 15 minutes past return time
More than 2 hours late = full additional day charge.
