Cancellation Policy
If you cancel more than 14 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund.
For reservations made with a credit card, cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of $150 for each reserved machine per day. Alternatively, you may choose to receive a full raincheck or gift certificate for a future date instead of a refund via credit card.
If you cancel your reservation less than 14 days in advance, don’t show up, don’t meet the age or deposit requirements, or return the rental early for multi-day or overnight rentals, you’ll lose the entire rental fee, including any add-ons like service fees, gas, helmets, and overnight stays. These are non-refundable. Also, trail closures due to weather, wind, hunting seasons, or poor trail conditions (except for the Wild Rivers Trail) won’t qualify for a refund.
