We understand that plans can change and we strive to accommodate our customers whenever possible. However, to ensure the availability of our equipment and to maintain the highest quality of service for all customers, we have instituted the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Policy: A 50% deposit per machine per day is required to make a reservation. A 30 day cancellation notice is required for a refund of deposit. If cancellation occurs within 30 days, the full deposit is forfeited. Cancellations that occur within 14 days and no-shows will be charged the full price of the rental. No exceptions. There are no refunds for discounted rentals. No cancellations for weather. Due to short seasons and high demand we hope you understand. Have fun and ride safe!!
