When you check in, you’ll meet your guide — a local pro who knows every twist, turn, and hidden gem on Doe Mountain. Before you roll out, you’ll talk through what kind of adventure you’re after: smooth and scenic, adrenaline-packed and challenging, or a perfect mix in between. From there, your guide shapes the ride around your group’s vibe.

✨ Experienced driver? Get ready for climbs, descents, and epic overlooks that push the adventure dial up.
Here’s how it works: You drive one of our XP1000s (or ride with the guide if you’d rather). Your guide leads in a separate unit — handling navigation, reading trail conditions, and setting the flow. They’ll give you space while keeping the route clear.
Every stop, every turn, every overlook is built around you. Need more miles and fewer breaks? Done. Want extra time for photos, stories, and soaking in the views? Absolutely. If plans shift — weather, energy, or a sudden craving for ridge-top panoramas — your guide adjusts on the fly.

Other Guest Requirements
We understand that plans can change and we strive to accommodate our customers whenever possible. However, to ensure the availability of our equipment and to maintain the highest quality of service for all customers, we have instituted the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation Window: Customers must cancel their reservation at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled rental time to be eligible for a full refund.
Refunds: If a cancellation is made more than 24 hours in advance of the rental time, the customer will receive a full refund of any amounts paid. Cancellations made within the 24-hour window will result in a forfeiture of the full rental fee.
Method of Cancellation: Cancellations must be made by directly calling our office during regular business hours. We do not accept cancellations via email, text, or social media platforms.
No-Show: If you do not show up for your rental and do not cancel according to our policy, no refund will be provided.
Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy due to emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management.
