Doe Mountain Recreation Authority

Doe Mountain Recreation offers year round rentals and tours on the 8,600 acres of pristine Blue Ridge Mountains of Tennessee. Ride up to the Kettle Foot Fire Tower where you can see Watauga Lake, the mountains of Virginia where the world famous Virginia Creeper trails runs near the Tennessee Boarder, or the Ski Slopes near Banner Elk North Carolina all from the top of their 63-foot fully restored Fire Tower originally built in the 1930's.

Rentals can also go to several other observation decks, drive to the Pioneer center for lunch or refreshments, and take advantage of the many events and programs Doe Mountain Offers each month. Rent 2 or 4 seat Polaris RZRs or 4-seat Generals for half or full-day rentals to fit your groups interest.

If you choose a tour, the guides are local riders who know the area well including it's history, and can tailor your tour to fit all riding abilities so you can enjoy and gain confidence and experience along the way.
