About This Adventure
Your group will be met with a tour guide with knowledge of the mountain and trails upon check in. You will be able to let the guide know what you like to do for the today so he can tailor the tour to your expectations, experience levels, and amount of stops you would like. He will lead your group in a separate unit and does not drive the unit you will be renting for the day, but can give driving tips if needed.

Cancellation policy
We understand that plans can change and we strive to accommodate our customers whenever possible. However, to ensure the availability of our equipment and to maintain the highest quality of service for all customers, we have instituted the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation Window: Customers must cancel their reservation at least 72 hours prior to their scheduled rental time to be eligible for a full refund.
Refunds: If a cancellation is made more than 72 hours in advance of the rental time, the customer will receive a full refund of any amounts paid. Cancellations made within the 72-hour window will result in a forfeiture of the full rental fee.
Method of Cancellation: Cancellations must be made by directly calling our office during regular business hours. We do not accept cancellations via email, text, or social media platforms.
No-Show: If you do not show up for your rental and do not cancel according to our policy, no refund will be provided.
Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy due to emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management.

What to Bring
Proper clothing & gear will help you get the most out of riding.
Required safety gear, including helmets & goggles, is provided.
Dress in layers: long-sleeve shirt, light jacket, closed-toe shoes & neck gaiter.
Feel free to bring a backpack with water, snacks, sunscreen, etc.
