Take the Prospector's Run off-road tour at Albany Lodge, a resort tucked into the canyon in Medicine Bow Routt National Forest, at the base of the Snowy Range Mountains in Wyoming. An Adventure guide provides the fascinating history of the Old West in this tour that takes you back to the Gold Rush times. You'll travel some of the 500 miles of pine-forested trails in the Medicine Bow Mountains, featuring silvery grey summits and patches of snow that last throughout the summer. Experience the North Platte River, explore canyons, ride along mountain creeks, and cruise through alpine meadows. Wildlife abounds here, as mule deer, elk, moose, black bear, mountain lions, and more call the Medicine Bow Mountains home. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change and we strive to accommodate our customers whenever possible. However, to ensure the availability of our equipment and to maintain the highest quality of service for all customers, we have instituted the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation Window: Customers must cancel their reservation at least 72 hours prior to their scheduled rental time to be eligible for a full refund.
Refunds: If a cancellation is made more than 72 hours in advance of the rental time, the customer will receive a full refund of any amounts paid. Cancellations made within the 72-hour window will result in a forfeiture of the full rental fee.
Method of Cancellation: Cancellations must be made by directly calling our office during regular business hours. We do not accept cancellations via email, text, or social media platforms.
No-Show: If you do not show up for your rental and do not cancel according to our policy, no refund will be provided.
Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy due to emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management.
