About This Adventure

Enjoy an unbelievably beautiful drive by renting a Polaris Slingshot from Appalachian Adventure Rentals and venturing to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. You’ll ride through ridge upon ridge of towering forest that straddles the border between North Carolina and Tennessee. Stop often to explore that world-renowned park, widely acclaimed for its diversity of plant and animal life, the beauty of its ancient mountains, and the quality of its remnants of Southern Appalachian Mountain culture. This is America’s most popular park, and drive here for even an hour or two, and you’ll see why!

Just a few of the sights include Clingman’s Dome, Pigeon Force, Gatlinburg, Cade’s Cove, Oconaluftee Visitor Center, Mingus Mill, and Alum Cave. Be on the lookout for wildlife, including elk, and bring your hiking boots in case you want to venture down one of the many trails that bisect the park.

Appalachian Adventure Rentals rents latest-model Polaris Slingshots with the option of manual or automatic transmission. Rental periods are 2-, 4-, 8-, and 24-hours long.
