About this Adventure
Want to get out and explore on your own? Vegas Off-Road Tours has the ideal option: a self-guided rental. No experience is necessary, since the hundreds of miles of available trails have options for all skill levels. After a safety briefing, you’ll be in the driver’s seat (or riding as a passenger) in a 2- or 4-seat Polaris RZR equipped with safety features like three-point restraints and high-impact roll cages. The Bureau of Land Management maintains the area you’ll be exploring and they don’t use trail signs, but you can rest assured that your vehicle’s RIDE COMMAND navigation will keep you on track. Plus, two-way helmet communication will make it easy to communicate with your riding companions throughout the day. Rental checkout times are by appointment between 8 and 11am. Vegas Off-Road Tours can accommodate specific requests for ride duration; most self-guided riders depart at 10:30am and ride for four hours.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change and we strive to accommodate our customers whenever possible. However, to ensure the availability of our equipment and to maintain the highest quality of service for all customers, we have instituted the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation Window: Customers must cancel their reservation at least 72 hours prior to their scheduled rental time to be eligible for a full refund.
Refunds: If a cancellation is made more than 72 hours in advance of the rental time, the customer will receive a full refund of any amounts paid. Cancellations made within the 72-hour window will result in a forfeiture of the full rental fee.
Method of Cancellation: Cancellations must be made by directly calling our office during regular business hours. We do not accept cancellations via email, text, or social media platforms.
No-Show: If you do not show up for your rental and do not cancel according to our policy, no refund will be provided.
Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy due to emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management.
