About this Adventure
This self-guided Polaris Slingshot tour will take you on a journey through the winding roads and rolling hills of the Texas Hill Country, offering breathtaking views and a chance to experience the natural beauty of the area. Expect a thrilling ride as you take in the sights and sounds of the Texas countryside while enjoying the open-air experience and feeling the wind in your hair. This ride begins at the Houston Slingshot Rentals headquarters: 20212 Hempstead Rd #4 in Houston. The route covers 41 miles of scenic Texas back roads. Be sure to stop at Zube Park for some excellent photo ops.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change and we strive to accommodate our customers whenever possible. However, to ensure the availability of our equipment and to maintain the highest quality of service for all customers, we have instituted the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Window: Customers must cancel their reservation at least 72 hours prior to their scheduled rental time to be eligible for a full refund.

Refunds: If a cancellation is made more than 72 hours in advance of the rental time, the customer will receive a full refund of any amounts paid. Cancellations made within the 72-hour window will result in a forfeiture of the full rental fee.

Method of Cancellation: Cancellations must be made by directly calling our office during regular business hours. We do not accept cancellations via email, text, or social media platforms.

No-Show: If you do not show up for your rental and do not cancel according to our policy, no refund will be provided.

Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy due to emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management.
